By now you have reviewed and chosen a selection of WWI books from my stock.

Books, which are in some cases 50-90 years old, may be expected to display a normal amount of wear. I have attempted to accurately indicate the book’s condition, including any unusually fine, rare or worn volumes and still save space.

However, if you are dissatisfied with any volume, due to condition or content, simply return it to me within ten (10) days and in the same condition, for a full refund (minus postage): no questions asked.

ORDERING: Telephone orders are the best means of securing a specific title. Ute and I have two “Little Darlings” [Isabella – 5 – and Gavin – 2] and they are in bed by 7 p.m. and up around 6 a.m. The best means of catching me are by phone and remember it’s Pacific Time. If I’m not home, please leave a message with your order on the answering machine and I’ll call you back!  (206)-241-2615

PAYMENT:  Personal checks are fine. I still do not accept credit cards. I am looking into setting up a Pay Pal account to help with ordering.

POSTAGE: Going up! Please include $3.00 for the first title and $1.00 for each thereafter. All orders are sent 4th Class “Media” rate unless otherwise specified and paid for….

WANTS: Advise if there is a specific title or area of interest you are seeking. Books come in all the time and I’ll drop you a postcard with a description and quote.

CATALOGS: The cost of printing and mailing has now reached $4.00 per catalog. I will no longer be sending out catalogs on a regular basis...

I am always seeking to purchase clean, sound books on WWI subjects, both for my own library as well as for resale. Let me know if you have collections or single titles to dispose of.

I am also looking for original WWI photos, especially battlefield “scenes”, French occupied villages (the smaller the commune, the better), AEF portraits showing unit shoulder patches, trench maps, ID tags, diaries, letters, etc.

With warmest regards,

Tom Gudmestad
